Some things to think about: I use a strong, durable stoneware clay finished with high quality food safe glazes that stand up well to commercial use. I offer serveware pieces to restaurants in casepacks by the dozen. Typically restock orders are filled at least once annually, whenever you need, to account for regular use and maintenance. A 50% deposit is required to begin labor paid via bank transfer, venmo, zelle, credit/debit. Currently the turnaround time is roughly 4-6 weeks.
