This DZ workshop is where creativity takes shape and blooms into beautiful arrangements! Our skilled instructor, Depy, will guide you through the fundamentals of pottery, shaping clay with hand-building techniques, ensuring that even beginners feel confident in their abilities.
In the flower arranging segment, you'll learn the art of composition, balance, and color harmony as you select from an array of seasonal blooms and foliage. Discover how to create stunning arrangements that accentuate the unique characteristics of each flower, from delicate petals to lush greenery. I got my start floral arranging for a friend of a friend’s wedding in 2012, and my life has been changed forever since. You are welcome to bring booze as this event is BYOB! Previous clay experience is not necessary for this class. Currently our classes are open to ages 18+. A note on accessibility: the studio is, unfortunately, not fully ADA accessible at this time, though an elevator is available for use after climbing a short staircase. ASL translation is available for this workshop, please just send along an email ahead of time to request an interpreter to des@depyzepo.life !
