In this workshop you will work one on one with Despina of Depy Zepo to design your own three piece serving set, consisting of a platter, bowl and spoon. these pieces will completley be of your design - you’ll learnbasic handbuilding techniques to give yo a foundation upon which to make some pottery that is food and dishwasher safe, and meant to last through the generations. This will be a very special workshop, and I’m excited to host you! All skill levels welcome. You will have your choice of studio glaze and your pieces will be available for pickup within four weeks.
You are welcome to bring booze & snacks as this event is BYOB! Previous clay experience is not necessary for this class. Currently this class is open to ages 21+. A note on accessibility: the studio is, unfortunately, not fully ADA accessible at this time, though an elevator is available for use after traversing a long hallway.
