Small Bowls & Big Spoons Happy Hour is scheduled for May 2025. Sign up for my newsletter for date drops and discount codes! Class size is limited to 12 participants.
Bowls, bowls, bowls! I’m going to be honest with you - I use small bowls for everything these days. People call them Ramekins, or Mise en Place bowls, and ever since I started my jounrey making ceramics, I miust have no less than 15 of them available in my home at all times. In this class I will guide you through making 8 ramekins, of any shape you’d like. Alongside these bowls, you’ll have the opportunity to make some matching spoons in any size you wish - serving spoons, cereal spoons, soup spoons! Trust me, serving spaghetti to your friends with a serving spoon set in the giant bowl you made with your hands is a very certain kind of joy that I am excited for you to experience, if that’s your thing!
Bowls have been bringing people together for centuries and this night will be no different! This event is apart of our Honeymou Happy Hour Series, a space for bringing and making friends! I encourage you to bring your own bottle and bring your own friend and leave with a few extra friends, a slight buzz, and the knowledge of using clay to make what you want!
Small Bowls & Big Spoons Happy Hour is scheduled for May 2025. You are welcome to bring booze as this event is BYOB! Previous clay experience is not necessary for this class. Currently this class is open to ages 21+. A note on accessibility: the studio is, unfortunately, not fully ADA accessible at this time, though an elevator is available for use after climbing a short staircase. ASL translation is available for this workshop, please just send along an email ahead of time to request an interpreter to des@depyzepo.life !
