Nisiotikí Zoí means Island Life in Greek, and is the central inspiration behind the brand new Nisi Collection - my latest offering for your table scape. These dishes are made with marbled stoneware clay, colored by hand and wedged to achieve a patterned effect similar to Indonesian ikat dyeing technique. No two pieces will be the same, expect swirls and layers of pattern variation with a gloss sheen.
