Elia Olive Vase - KYMATA Collection
This one is directly inspired by my ancestral home on Limnos, one of the northernmost spots in the Aegean. This ancient island is home to Hephaistos, god of fire/blacksmithing/craftspeople, and is almost 100% self sufficient in Olive Oil production!! It was here where I feel in love with ancient olive trees and their spindly branches, on one particularly long hike, they were beginning to look like they are reaching out to hold my hand.
Olives are adorned with ultra rare 22k gold lustre. Available now for pre-order, vessels set to ship in September. Due to the handmade nature of handbuilt pottery, no two vases will be exactly alike. Measures approx 10”w x 8”h.
